# Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Notaray website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

## What this site is {#what}

The site describes Notaray, a product in development at Agnotiq ("we"). Notaray is not released. Statements about what it does describe what it is being built to do. They are plans, not promises, and you should not rely on them when deciding to buy or build anything.

## No offer, no price {#no-offer}

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, a quote or a commitment to provide a service. The design-partner program is a way to talk with us about your workflow. Joining it, or a sign-up for updates, does not create a contract, a trial or a right to a pilot.

## Information you send us {#submissions}

You are responsible for what you enter in our forms and you confirm that it is accurate and yours to share. We handle personal information as described in the [privacy policy](https://notaray.com/legal/privacy).

## Acceptable use {#use}

Do not use the site to break the law, to send automated or bulk requests, to probe or disrupt it, to bypass its protections or to submit information about someone else without their permission.

## Our content {#content}

The text, design and brand of the site belong to Agnotiq or its licensors. You may read it, link to it and quote short passages with credit. You may not copy the site or present it as yours.

## Links {#links}

The site may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

## No warranty {#warranty}

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions.

## Limit of liability {#liability}

To the extent the law allows, Agnotiq is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from your use of the site, and its total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD 100).

## Changes {#changes}

We may change these terms and the site at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

## Governing law {#law}

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, wherever you are, including in the United States. The courts located in Ontario, Canada have jurisdiction. This does not take away any right you have under the law of your state or place of residence that cannot be waived.
