Notaray is the AI front door Agnotiq is getting ready for service businesses: requests picked up, bookings confirmed once the calendar shows them, anything uncertain handed to a named person. This page covers who writes here, why we’re doing it and how we talk about our work: what’s ready, what isn’t and what we don’t know yet.
Why this matters to us
A polite answer can still leave the job undone. We want “booked” to mean the calendar holds it, and “unknown” to mean a named person owns it.
That comes before any voice or phone feature. So the booking engine is what we’re testing right now, with phone answering next in line.
We work in the open
We say what’s ready and what isn’t. Sample screens are labeled illustrative. No price, customer name or result goes up until a real one exists and we can show where it came from.
Notaray is made in English, French and Spanish, the site and the product alike.
